Suspect Arrested After Shots Fired in Pico Neighborhood By Lookout Staff July 17 – Police arrested an ex-felon with a gun after shots were reportedly fired in the Pico Neighborhood Friday, police said. The suspect has been identified as Timothy Mansion, a 25-year-old black resident of Santa Monica, said Lt. Frank Fabrega, the Police Department spokesman. Mansion was arrested and charged with being an ex-felon with a firearm with a gang enhancement. Officers assigned to the Pico Neighborhood Taskforce/Operation Safe Streets arrested Mansion after receiving a radio call of shots fired in the 2000 block of 20th Street, Fabrega said. Investigators conducted a follow-up probe and presented the case to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
